AMLI Residential is seeking a Property Manager for the 350-unit Class A luxury AMLI Arts District in Midtown Atlanta. Lead on-site operations, financial performance, and resident experiences to uphold premium standards.

You will oversee budgeting, team development, leasing strategy, and maintenance while delivering exceptional service in a dynamic urban setting. Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a Property Manager in the multifamily industry, with a focus on Class A communities.
• High-rise experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Financial leadership: manage the property within budget and drive profitability.
• Team leadership: recruit, train, and develop on-site staff.
• Resident experience: enhance retention and service quality.
