Job summary

Peak Living in Pleasant Grove, UT is seeking a Systems Specialist to support onsite property management teams. You will manage Yardi operations, assist with Deposit Accounting, and deliver help desk and training to colleagues across the organization.

The role requires strong customer service, solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, and the ability to multitask. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance system performance, contributing to overall property

Qualifications

• Experience with Yardi Property Management software is a requirement (PayScan a plus).
• Deposit Accounting knowledge.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and multifamily operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programs (preferred).

Ready to take your property management career to the next level? We're looking for a Systems Specialist to join our corporate team in Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is a great opportunity for someone with onsite property management experience who understands the day-to-day challenges our teams face and is ready to use that knowledge to make a broader impact across the organization.

In this role, you'll be a key resource for our onsite teams-maintaining our Yardi database, assisting with Deposit Accounting, and providing help desk and training support. If you know Yardi, understand property operations, and enjoy solving problems and helping others succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
