Forge Management, LLC is seeking a Property Management Staff Accountant in Seattle with strong attention to detail and a focus on process improvement. You will prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, manage cash, and support month-end close while collaborating with property teams.
The role requires a finance/accounting degree and 5+ years in property management, with hybrid work (3 days in office) in Seattle/Salt Lake City. A performance bonus is offered.

In this role, you'll blend meticulous attention to detail with strategic process improvement:
Experience with Entrata accounting systems and at least 5 years in property management is highly valued, as is your ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Grasp of GAAP accounting practices, accruals, and a finance/accounting degree is ideal.
You're a detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices. Your methodical approach to work is balanced by a genuine commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional service. You thrive in collaborative environments while maintaining the independence to manage your responsibilities with minimal supervision.
