DHI Communities is a division of D.R. Horton focused on multifamily development and is currently seeking a Leasing Manager-PM.

Role Summary:

The Leasing Manager oversees all leasing and marketing activities at the property, working closely with regional teams to meet leasing goals and develop strategic marketing plans. The role involves leading leasing processes, ensuring positive resident relations, and managing the leasing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement effective leasing techniques to meet goals, including closing metrics, follow-up procedures, lease signing, and reporting.
• Conduct functions necessary to close sales: appointments, lead generation, tours, lease documentation, follow-up, and move-in management.
• Manage application processes and lease renewals.
• Maintain communication with prospective residents through emails, calls, and other contacts to secure leases and renewals.
• Perform community inspections and oversee maintenance requests.
• Supervise operational functions and support leasing team training and motivation.
• Ensure the leasing team has necessary materials and resources.
• Monitor leasing staff performance in converting inquiries and walk-in traffic.
• Provide consistent resident service and conduct market surveys to stay informed on competitor offerings.
• Adhere to all regulations including Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and conduct business ethically.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and assist with vendor scheduling, marketing strategies, and community events.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years in leasing, sales, or customer service.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and sales skills.
• Proficiency with internet marketing and computer systems, including CRM, MS Office, and email.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of property management software such as OneSite, ILM, or Propertyware.
