Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Property Management Manager in Charleston, SC to supervise the portfolio’s operations and finance, leading a dedicated team of property professionals. You will oversee day-to-day property management, budgeting, reporting, and tenant relations to protect asset value.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff, preparing operating expense reconciliations, developing annual budgets, and delivering timely reports to owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial property management.
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, and Kardin software systems highly desired.
• Ability to guide complex information and lead a team.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and organizational mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee the recruiting and coaching of staff.
• Manage day-to-day property management for a portfolio of Industrial and Office properties.
• Prepare annual operating expense reconciliations using Yardi, Excel, and Kardin.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish schedules and track deadlines.
• Respond to escalated tenant needs and issues.
• Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses; forecast and report performance.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values; communicate with owners with timely reports.
