Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of technical education in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.
• Proficiency with power tools and building assets.
• Strong vendor management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain consistent operations.
• Observe and coach team members to ensure quality service.
• Review metrics and drive actions to improve assets care and functionality.
• Lead safety procedures and use PPE to maintain safe work environment.
• Coordinate with store leadership on workload priorities and asset care.
• Assist in special projects, remodels, and vendor partnerships.
• Ensure work orders are completed safely and efficiently by vendors.
