Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical education preferred or experience in electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC or plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Ensure team understands and delivers Target's guest experience standards.
• Observe performance, give feedback, and drive accountability for service quality.
• Lead safety practices and ensure a safe work environment with PPE.
• Assist in handling vendor relationships and project work coordination.
