Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers to evaluate and improve AI-generated content and workflows for property management. Leverage your real-world expertise across residential, commercial, and industrial properties and community associations.

Responsibilities include evaluating AI-produced budgets, leases, maintenance plans, and governance documents for accuracy, and comparing AI responses for financial soundness, compliance, and feasibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Property Manager, Real Estate Manager, Community Association Manager, HOA Manager, Leasing Manager, or another closely related property or association management role.
• Experience planning, directing, or coordinating the leasing, operation, maintenance, or governance of residential, commercial, or industrial real estate properties or community associations.
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated property operating budgets, lease analyses, maintenance plans, association governance documents, and other property management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses head‑to‑head based on financial soundness, regulatory and lease compliance, and operational feasibility.
• Review scenarios involving tenant and owner relations, rent collection, vendor contracts, capital improvements, and association board matters and provide expert feedback.
