Job summary

Southwood Realty Company is seeking a full-time on-site Maintenance role at Ballantyne Commons, Hendersonville, NC. The position focuses on maintaining buildings and grounds and completing preventative maintenance to preserve property condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service and maintenance requests within 24-hours.
• Follow up on service requests to assure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times.
• Participate in implementation of an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan.
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days.
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in "ready" condition at all times.
• Maintain vacant units daily.
