Job summary

You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver high-quality service to residents and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• EPA certification preferred; if required, must be obtained within 90 days of the start date.
• Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, appliances, and other areas as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and ensure turnover checklist is completed.
• Common area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and cleaning windows.
• Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Assist in preventive maintenance program and ensure safe conditions of equipment and structures.
• Enter new tools or equipment into inventory and keep work area clean and orderly.
• Observe all safety rules and be willing to work on-call hours.
