Job summary

CLS Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Part Time, Temporary) in Bloomington, Indiana. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring the property is safe and well-maintained at all times. You will be responsible for managing maintenance operations, performing inspections, and improving property aesthetics.

The ideal candidate has relevant experience with building systems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.

Pay is set at USD $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience managing building system in student housing.
• 1+ years of experience with building automation systems and life safety systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to residents.
• Ensure property is clean and maintained at all times.
• Analyze and implement improvements to curb appeal.
• Complete all work orders in a timely manner.
