Article Student Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to uphold safety, appearance, and maintenance standards across our property. You will maintain grounds, common areas, and curb appeal while delivering professional service to residents.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor. The position offers generous benefits and an on-site work environment in Bloomington, IN, with on-call duties at times. Excellent customer service and a polished personal appearance are expected.

You will ensure the outlook of the grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal for the property. The daily responsibilities of the role will vary, depending on the needs of the community. You will provide professional service to the residents, so excellent customer service and a maintained personal appearance is an expectation.
