Qualifications

• 6 months+ of trade experience or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems on the property.
• You love fixing things and helping in high-stress situations.
• Identify safety concerns and resolve them.
• Plus: plumbing, electrical, roofing, or HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily maintenance requests professionally and expediently.
• Remain ready for emergency maintenance needs and move-ins.
• Make repairs to doors, locks, tiles, and handrails.
• Monitor and work with outside contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain paperwork and invoices related to your work.
