Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of life-safety regulations (OSHA, EPA).
• EPA Type 2 certification preferred.
• Must have basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on apartments, common areas, equipment, and pools.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours, except emergencies.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency and potential damage.
• Maintain property curb appeal and inventory control.
• Operate on-call schedule for emergencies.
• Assist in maintaining storage/shop areas per color-coded program.
