Sundance Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Florence, KY. The role involves hands-on building maintenance, completing preventive tasks, and repairing electrical, plumbing, and structural systems on tenant properties.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years in building maintenance; EPA certification is preferred. The job requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in various environments, indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2–3 years of building maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Property Manager about maintenance concerns and status of work orders.
• Maintain interior/exterior condition of property including cleaning, grounds, and safety.Assist Project Manager in contracting vendors and taking bids for special projects.
• Paint, clean, and repair vacant units promptly and to a high standard.
• Use hand and power tools and inspection/testing devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep building systems in good condition.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using blueprints and repair manuals.
• Ensure maintenance parts and supplies are stocked and available.
• Install/repair wiring and plumbing components and machinery as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain safety and professionalism; attend to tenants' needs with integrity.

Education
