We are seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis at a reputable apartment community. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in a variety of repair and maintenance disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general property upkeep. Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including electrical repairs, plumbing fixes, appliance servicing, carpentry, masonry, and painting
  
• Maintain and repair residential components such as showers, sinks, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors
  
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to residents, clients, and internal teams

Requirements
