Brick & Bond seeks a Property Maintenance Technician for full-time, on-site work in Casper, Wyoming. You will support property management by maintaining utilities, performing repairs, and handling grounds maintenance.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience, with the ability to read safety instructions and operate tools safely. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• English language fluency, verbal and written.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to operate machinery and hand tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems with Property Manager.
• Perform painting and repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings.
• Mow lawns, trim hedges, rake leaves, and dispose of yard waste.
