Job summary

VSF Rentals in Northwood, OH is seeking a motivated property maintenance technician with HVAC certification to join our full-time team. You’ll handle unit turns, exterior and interior maintenance, and service calls across our portfolio, sometimes traveling up to 60 miles between sites.

You should have a high school diploma, at least two years in a maintenance or HVAC role, and a clean driving record. EPA certification is preferred but not required; pay is $20.00–$30.00 per hour with bi-weekly

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 2 years in a trade-specific or on-the-job maintenance/HVAC experience.
• EPA certification preferred but not required; company can sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Unit turns: repair and upgrade units before tenant move-in, including painting, flooring, HVAC tune-ups, light electrical/plumbing.
• Exterior maintenance: power washing, painting, window/door repair, gutter work, roof repair.
• Interior maintenance: demolition, drywall, flooring installation, bathroom/plumbing fixtures.
• Service calls: address tenant issues and manage stock/inventory plus supplies.
