Job summary

VSF Rentals is seeking a motivated property maintenance technician with HVAC certifications for our Northwood, OH location. You’ll perform unit turns, exterior and interior maintenance, and service calls to prepare rentals for new tenants.

You should be comfortable with HVAC diagnosis and repairs, basic electrical and plumbing, painting, carpentry, and flooring installations. A clean driving record and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2 years in maintenance/HVAC or 2+ years field experience.
• EPA certification preferred but not required.
• 2+ years in construction trades, factory maintenance, or property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit turns, repairs, and upgrades to prepare rentals for new tenants.
• Exterior and interior maintenance including painting, drywall, flooring, fixtures.
• HVAC diagnosis and repair; tune-ups; basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Respond to service calls; manage parts and supplies; operate in company vehicle.
