Qualifications

• Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Experience in property maintenance and handyman duties.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repairs and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Secure the maintenance shop(s) at the close of every workday.
• Handle all lock-outs and ensure 24-hour response to service requests.

Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools
