Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Service Technician in Colorado Springs to deliver excellent resident service while performing maintenance repairs across systems and fixtures. You will handle routine checks and respond promptly to work orders, contributing to a high-quality living experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• CPO certification (depending on property).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures and appliances.
• Ensures work orders are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspects buildings for safety and cleanliness and flags issues to the Service Manager.
