Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Service Technician to deliver hands-on maintenance support at our Colorado Springs communities.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems while delivering exceptional resident service. Prior property maintenance and a valid driver’s license are required or highly preferred, with a CPO certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property maintenance or related trade.
• CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused, can-do attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensure work orders are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness; alert managers to items that need addressing.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Technician, you’ll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. From completing work orders to routine check‑ups, you’ll use your hands‑on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensures assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.

What You Bring

The expected compensation range for this position is $30.00 – $32.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
