Job summary

Christian Care Communities Hopkinsville Health Center in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. You will handle custodial tasks and a full range of property maintenance duties, from painting to basic HVAC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, minor plumbing and electrical work, snow removal and landscaping, all while following applicable laws and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in general property maintenance preferred.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for a full range of custodial and property maintenance duties

including painting, heating and ventilation troubleshooting and repair, responding to work orders, minor

plumbing and electrical work, snow shoveling and landscaping while maintaining compliance with all

applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Required Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Preferred Education: Associate’s degree from a college, university, technical school
• Required Experience: 1 year experience in general property maintenance
