Horizon Realty Advisors LLC in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support all aspects of property upkeep, repairs, and turnover, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

You will handle requests, preventative maintenance, and capital projects to keep the community safe, functional, and well-maintained while promoting a high standard of resident satisfaction and service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in property maintenance or related role.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems.
• EPA, HVAC I/II, and CPO certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner per policies.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Conduct unit inspections for move-in readiness and turnover.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and capital improvements.
• Inspect grounds/buildings to address safety and cleanliness.
