Job summary

Fitch Irick Corporation seeks a Maintenance Technician to manage daily upkeep of the property portfolio and respond to work orders. You will perform preventative maintenance, turnovers, and grounds care while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

The role demands physical stamina, teamwork, and a service-oriented attitude to support residents and protect property assets in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• EPA/CFC certifications are preferred to support maintenance tasks.
• Reliable, physically capable of labor-intensive work and lifting.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, document work, and respond to residents’ requests.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain grounds, buildings, and amenities.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete unit turnovers.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain safety logs and report incidents per policy.
• Assist with inventory, storage, and proper handling of supplies.
