Description

Seeking a reliable Part-Time Professional for a well-maintained manufactured home community in growing South Bloomfield, minutes south of Columbus. This is the perfect opportunity for a talented self-starter who enjoys daily variety, mostly outdoor work, and takes pride in doing a job well.

The ideal applicant will have experience performing water repairs, light carpentry, mowing, landscaping, and general home and exterior maintenance. Our company has a high employee retention rate and offers excellent job incentives, including time flexibility. We will check the work history and references.

Responsibilities

• Daily community clean-up
• Landscaping
• Lawn mowing/lawn care
• Trimming and edging grounds
• General cleanup of grounds
• Light painting and carpentry
• Miscellaneous general maintenance duties as assigned by the community manager
• Physical demands include bending, pushing/pulling, lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made

Qualifications

• Knowledge of water meters, sewer systems
• Safe use of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures
• 2+ years of similar maintenance experience
• Available for occasional emergency repairs. These do not occur often.
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Compensation

$20 - $23 hourly
