Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, apartment turns, and preventative upkeep.
• Ensure safety, appearance, and operations meet standards.
• Respond to resident requests; complete work orders within 48 hours.
• Support asset management across apartments, exteriors, and grounds.
• Maintain tools and develop technical skills across maintenance areas.
• Participate in on-call rotation and maintain professional communication.
