Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join AHL Healthcare Group as a Property Maintenance Technician. In this position, you will be responsible for servicing AHL group homes in Duluth. You will address concerns involving repairs, appliance installations, painting, flooring, waste disposal, scheduled maintenance, and major projects within the organization. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, and renovation tasks is essential.

Location & Schedule

Duluth, MN

Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across properties
• Conduct repairs and installations of fixtures and appliances
• Diagnose and repair heating, electrical, and water systems
• Replace interior and exterior doors and windows
• Maintain exterior property features, including decks and fences
• Respond to emergency issues as on-call personnel

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Pass MN DHS Background and MVR Record Study
• Knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, electrical systems
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability for after-hours emergencies
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
