Job summary

Avari Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Bandon, OR to perform hands-on maintenance and readiness of vacation rental properties. • Highly responsive and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine and reactive maintenance across properties; troubleshoot appliances, wifi, basic HVAC, plumbing, and upkeep.
• Inspections & Property Readiness: Conduct routine inspections and coordinate with housekeeping to meet brand standards.
• Guest & Owner Support: Respond to escalated maintenance concerns and meet service standards.
• Team Support: Provide cross-coverage and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
