Two Pines Properties, LLC. is hiring a Property Maintenance & Repair technician in Big Sky, MT. You will maintain and repair high-end vacation rental properties and manage tasks using company software on your phone. Must pass checks, have a clean driving record, and relocate to Big Sky, MT.

The role includes plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, carpentry, and winter snow removal. Full-time with benefits and housing options provided for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance tasks efficiently and communicate with guests/owners.
• Ability to operate plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repair, and carpentry tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing: repair, replace, or install faucets, pipes, toilets, dishwashers, and more.
• Electrical: repair, replace, or install switches, fuses, outlets, ceiling lights/fans, and climate control systems.
• Drywall repair: patch holes or damage from wear, tear, or guest issues.
• Appliance repair: repair or replace refrigerators, dishwashers, and dryers.
• Carpentry: adjust or repair cabinets, doors, windows, etc.
• Snow removal: shovel snow in winter to maintain walkways and driveways.
• Customer service: communicate professionally with guests, owners, and contractors.
• Time management: track and complete tasks using maintenance software on your phone.
