Job summary

All Care Services is hiring Full-time Property Maintenance Techs in Merriam, KS. Start at $19.50/hour with a $3.00/hour weekend differential. Day and overnight shifts available (5 days on, 2 off) with potential for overtime.

You will travel between properties, inspect for cleanliness and safety, and perform duties to keep properties up to company standards. The role requires a valid driver’s license and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work mornings, evenings, or overnights.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for cleanliness and safety.
• Travel between assigned properties to perform duties.
• Operate equipment safely (sweepers, etc.).
