Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property.
• Assists Community Manager with interviewing and hiring maintenance staff.
• Directs and supervises daily activities of the maintenance team, including scheduling and delegating tasks.
• Maintains resident relations by addressing maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
