Qualifications

3+ years of residential maintenance experience.
Experience supervising maintenance teams and managing maintenance operations.
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge; HVAC knowledge; familiarity with high/low voltage systems.

Responsibilities

Supervise at least one Maintenance Technician, delegating tasks and providing training.
Complete and oversee service requests, ensuring safety standards are met.
Manage the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and vendor coordination.
On‑call rotation as scheduled by the property team to meet coverage needs.
Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas; inspect contractor work for quality.
Order supplies and create purchase orders; track inventory and budget adherence.
Respond promptly to resident inquiries and maintenance requests; support cost-saving initiatives.
