Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance-related experience in property management or related field.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with budgets and basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day operations of the property.
• Directs and supervises the maintenance team and schedules work.
• Assists with interviewing and hiring maintenance staff.
• Manages preventive maintenance and apartment turns.
• Oversees vendor selection, bids, and contractor work.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and resident relations.
