Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with a plumbing license to manage on-site property maintenance in Fort Myers, FL. The role emphasizes high-level customer service to residents, overseeing service requests, and guiding junior staff to ensure timely, quality upkeep of the grounds, pool, and facilities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience with supervisory aspirations and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to respond quickly to resident needs

Qualifications

• Certified plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• Experience with pool maintenance, grounds, appliances.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment; maintain and inventory supplies.

Responsibilities

• Own the role at the property and serve residents with excellent service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Assist in supervising maintenance staff and coordinating tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance on pool, lighting, and inspections.
