• 3+ years of property maintenance or equivalent experience.
• HVAC and EPA/CPO certifications required.
• Must be able to lead maintenance staff and manage safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance tasks and supervise assistants.
• Respond to resident service requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Schedule maintenance staff for 24/7 on-call coverage.
• Maintain safety programs, SDS, and OSHA/HAZCOM compliance.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and inspect equipment.
