We’re seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily maintenance operations of our community. If you’re hands-on, highly organized, and committed to quality, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Maintenance Technicians and Porters/Groundskeepers
Complete and document unit and common area repairs using Yardi or other systems
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization across the property and maintenance areas
Perform andoversee repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, carpentry, drywall, and more
Schedule and complete unit turnovers and inspections
Coordinate vendor work, capital repairs, and long-term maintenance planning
Maintain accurate inventory and control maintenance expenses within budget
Qualifications:
5–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience (multi-family housing )
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read/speak English and perform basic math
Valid California Driver License and authorization to work in the U.S.
Knowledge of OSHA, SDS, Fair Housing, EEO laws, and general building systems
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varied weather conditions
Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and use of hand tools
Visual and auditory abilities to perform inspections and communicate effectively
