We’re seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily maintenance operations of our community. If you’re hands-on, highly organized, and committed to quality, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and Porters/Groundskeepers

• Complete and document unit and common area repairs using Yardi or other systems

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization across the property and maintenance areas

• Perform andoversee repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, carpentry, drywall, and more

• Schedule and complete unit turnovers and inspections

• Coordinate vendor work, capital repairs, and long-term maintenance planning

• Maintain accurate inventory and control maintenance expenses within budget

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience (multi-family housing )

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to read/speak English and perform basic math

• Valid California Driver License and authorization to work in the U.S.

• Knowledge of OSHA, SDS, Fair Housing, EEO laws, and general building systems

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varied weather conditions

• Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and use of hand tools

• Visual and auditory abilities to perform inspections and communicate effectively
