Job summary

Long-Lewis Auto Group is seeking a Property Maintenance Tech (Full-Time) to maintain facilities across the Cullman-Decatur area. The role covers landscaping, carpentry, painting, minor electrical and plumbing, equipment repair, and HVAC maintenance.

A high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of related work, plus a valid driver’s license, are required. The candidate must work well in a fast-paced team, show a strong work ethic, and operate in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of various buildings and properties in the Cullman–Decatur area.

• Maintain HVAC systems and routine building maintenance.
• Perform general tasks to keep facilities and grounds in good shape.
