You will prepare vacant units for occupancy, clean common areas, manage supplies, and respond to resident requests while following OSHA guidelines. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read simple words and basic numbers; and speak simple sentences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and ensure a professional appearance.
• Clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities and other common areas daily.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Provide courteous, efficient response to resident and management requests.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
