Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate, based in Atlanta, is seeking a hands-on maintenance/janitorial professional to keep our properties clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will prepare vacant units for occupancy, clean common areas daily, and manage supplies and safety protocols in coordination with the management team.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and basic literacy for simple sentences. It emphasizes safety, reliability, and a collaborative spirit in a fast-paced residential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read a limited number of two and three syllable words and basic numbers. Ability to speak simple sentences.

Responsibilities

• Preparing vacant units for occupancy as necessary. Ensure a professional appearance at all times.
• Cleaning the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities and other common areas on a daily basis, or as scheduled by the Manager.
• Maintaining inventory, supplies, and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Providing courteous, efficient response to resident and management requests. Reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Adhering to OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
