Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife in Ohio is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance team member for our senior living communities. This part-time position supports our residents with safe, well-maintained spaces and a caring, neighborly environment.

The Weekend Night Shift runs Friday and Saturday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. and may include additional day hours. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with increases based on experience. DailyPay is available to help with earnings in real time.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks with a customer-service mindset.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, walk long distances, lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing.
• Desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults.

Responsibilities

• Making rounds to ensure the Community is secure
• Cleaning stairwells and other areas
• Emptying apartment trash and recycling
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets
• Setting up meeting rooms for events
• Delivering newspapers
• Unlocking doors
• Follow up as required for independent living pull cord notifications and smoke detectors
• General maintenance to ensure a safe and operationally sound community

Pay

Starting from $20.00, increases with experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
