Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and common areas.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in and respond to resident service requests.
• Support site emergency duties and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and document service requests and work orders.
