RHO Residential is seeking a Porter to support the maintenance team at the West New York community. You will help keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, visitors, and staff.

The role involves basic maintenance tasks, coordinating with residents, entering work orders, and assisting with move-in readiness. A punctual, reliable, and people-first approach is valued in this community-focused property management team.

Formación

• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Basic to intermediate mathematical functions.
• No previous working experience required.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Management Office, models and common areas in a neat, clean, attractive condition.
• Maintain grounds, sidewalks, walkways and exteriors to a high standard.
• Enter and track Work Order requests from residents.
• Assist in making vacant apartments rent-ready promptly.
• Perform snow removal: shoveling, salting, and clearing entrances and walkways.
• Deliver notifications to residents and transport small equipment between departments.
• Set up tables and chairs for events in hall or auditorium.
• All other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
