Job summary

Hotel Earl, managed by Hotel Investment Services, Inc., seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician for a year-round, benefits-eligible position in Charlevoix. The role covers routine upkeep across guest areas, pool and spa maintenance, and general maintenance tasks on a flexible weekday/weekend schedule.

Starting pay is $22/hour with potential for higher earnings based on experience; benefits begin after 90 days, including PTO, medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn hotel operations and standards.
• Available to work both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Join the Property Maintenance Team at Hotel Earl, Charlevoix's premier boutique hotel! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician who is available to work both weekdays and weekends. Prior experience in a hotel maintenance role is preferred, but we are open to considering strong candidates with relevant skills and an interest in the hospitality industry.
