Job summary

Kids for the Future seeks a Property Management Specialist to support the operational, maintenance, and property management needs across multiple properties in Wisconsin. This role involves hands-on fieldwork, preventative maintenance, training support, and ensuring safety and quality in every project.

You will work closely with Property Managers and regional teams, complete assigned tasks on time, manage supplies and expenses, and document activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, maintenance, janitorial services, construction, or facilities support preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including painting, basic plumbing, and janitorial services.
• Complete punch lists and maintenance projects with KPI-based progress tracking.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles; monitor usage and upkeep.
• Purchase supplies and track expenses related to property management services.
• Provide equipment training and support to new staff; assist supervisors.
• Document maintenance records and reporting; ensure safety and quality standards.
