• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to minimize liability and maintain curb appeal.
• Oversee turnkey operations; ensure vacant units are rent-ready quickly.
• Understand and execute service requests using computer software daily.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety practices.
• Obtain competitive bids for maintenance-related expenses and adhere to budget guidelines.
