Qualifications

• Must be bilingual.
• High school diploma preferred, technical school preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 3 years of property maintenance or related experience required.
• Experience with heating boilers, A/C, appliances, painting and sheetrock repairs.
• Knowledge of safety precautions; Rent Manager or Yardi software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance or repair involving electrical and plumbing.
• Manage inventory of ready apartments and oversee the turn process.
• Complete work orders and inspect move-in quality units.
• Maintain safety policies and comply with laws at federal, state and local level.
• Coordinate with vendors and use timekeeping software to document attendance.
• Promote good public relations and keep maintenance shop organized.
