Keener is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to maintain the property's physical integrity and safety for residents, visitors, and staff. You will anticipate and fix issues, train maintenance staff, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Your role supports NOI goals and resident satisfaction.

You will supervise a maintenance team, schedule work, and perform preventive maintenance while prioritizing safety, OSHA compliance, and efficient operations across the community.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of property maintenance or equivalent field experience.
• EPA certification and CPO license are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CAMT preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry tasks.

Aufgaben

• Oversee maintenance staff and ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Manage preventive maintenance, inspections, and small repairs daily.
• Coordinate budgets with the Community Manager and meet NOI targets.
• Respond to resident requests within 24 hours and maintain logs.
