Kampgrounds of America, Inc. is seeking a Property Engineer to lead the maintenance and grounds teams across the campground. You will supervise, coordinate and perform maintenance tasks, ensuring safe, high‑quality operations and timely repairs.

Responsibilities include leading a preventative maintenance program, reading blueprints, and managing budgets while maintaining records and reporting to supervision. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience in maintenance or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and other documents.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
• Ability to motivate, lead and develop a team.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing procedures.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and complete maintenance requests and repairs promptly by priority.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance program.
• Lead maintenance or landscaping projects and report progress to supervisor.
• Ensure safety standards, budgets and quality controls are followed.
• Read and interpret manuals and blueprints; comply with governmental regs.
• Maintain inventories of tools and supplies; manage shifts and priorities.
• Prepare reports on procedures, efficiency and scheduling as required.
