Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, maintenance, housekeeping, or property inspections preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using mobile inspection apps and tools.
• Ability to work independently and in varying field conditions.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-arrival / post-departure property inspections.
• Document and report damages, maintenance needs, and housekeeping quality.
• Ensure property setup meets guest readiness standards.
• Coordinate with owner services, housekeeping and maintenance for urgent issues.
• Use property care tools to complete and submit reports / work orders.
• Maintenance as required.
• Occasionally assist with guest-related in-market issues as needed.

Position Summary

We're looking for a hands‑on Property Maintenance / Inspector who thrives on variety and takes pride in keeping vacation properties in pristine condition. In this role, you'll be the eyes and ears on the ground, conducting property inspections, identifying maintenance needs, and ensuring every guest arrival meets our high standards. You'll work independently across multiple properties in the Bend area, solving problems as they arise and coordinating with our teams to deliver exceptional property care.
